“Ring of Fire” is a song by “Johnny Cash.” I call him “Cash The Preacher” reason because when you listen to his songs, it seems like someone passing a life-saving message(s) to you. From the start of his songs to till the end, they are all about inspirations and life experiences.

This song is amazing. I do not get tired of the voice and tempo. Johnny Cash is a legend! I know many “Generation Z” (Gen Z) might not be aware of this iconic singer who passed away on 12th September 2003 (aged 71 years), in Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown, Nashville, Tennessee, United States of America.

“Ring of Fire” was co-written by Johnny Cash’s future wife, June Carter, and Merle Kilgore.

Despite being married to other people at the time, Carter and Cash couldn’t deny the love and affection they felt for each other.

In fact, Carter described being around Cash as feeling like being in a ‘burning ring of fire’.

She felt being around Cash was like being in a “ring of fire” beacuse Cash was involved in drugs and had a very volatile or wild lifestyle.

Full name, John R. Cash was an American sensational singer, songwriter. Most of Cash’s music contains themes of sorrow, moral tribulation, and redemption, especially songs from the later stages of his career.
